DIY measuring your leg for a new prosthesis due to distance

All you need is a measuring tape
Your seat either 
A camera
The camera or phone
And the camera person


Guide
* Ensure the seat 🪑 is same hight as your leg
* Ensure your camera person follow up wherever you take your hands to
* Ensure that the camera is clear
* Ensure you wear a nicker or something that exposes the legs for proper measurements 
*And finally ensure that the tape numbering is visible
