SPAGHETTI OMELETE
INGREDIENTS
spaghetti
fresh tomatoes
fresh pepper
parsley(optional)
stock cube
green pepper
onions
eggs
salt
groundnut oil (any of your choice)
sardine
garlic (optional)
Method:
Boil spaghetti till done, put in a sieve, rinse by pouring water on top to remove any possible starchy water from it and set aside.
Dice/chop all d fresh ingredients together, add d sardine, stock cube, salt and your raw egg and mix everything together.
Add your spaghetti into the mixture, taste for salt, put your frying pan on low heat, when dried put a little oil and leave to heat, then start frying in batches, when one side is well fried, you turn the other side to fry.
