CUPCAKES….. simple recipe and easy steps
Baking doesn’t have to be complicated; with these simple recipe , you will be enjoying your cupcakes with your friends and family in no time.
Ingredients:*140g butter (you can use margarine)*140g caster sugar (if using granulated sugar.. Make sure it is blended)*140g self raising flour (sifted)*2 large eggs*2 tbsp. milk*1 tsp. vanilla*12 medium cupcake cases
Preparation:- Time 7mins
Baking time 15-20minsPs- make sure you using muffin baking tin, it helps hold your cupcakes into shape…
Set all your ingredients, aside
Prep your cupcake cases, into a muffin tray
1. Pour sugar in a bowl, and add your butter
2. Cream together the butter and caster sugar, for at least 5mins ….
3. Add the eggs one at a time… while still whisking, you need to incorporate as much air as possible. As you want the cupcakes fluffy and bouncing.
4. Add flour, mixing slowly as you don’t want to lose the air already incorporated into the mix. Now add you vanilla extract and milk….
5. Half fill the cupcake cases, using a table spoon….
6. Place on the middle shelf… and bake for 15-20mins
7. Note: make sure you choose your turning point either clock wise or anticlock wise, do not turn any how when mixing your cake without having a direction. Finally enjoy
