CARE FOR THE VAGINA

The Vagina is one of the most important and sensitive part of the female body. An infected Vagina is an infected body as it will affect the face, baby production and even the breast. Is one thing to have a Vagina and is another thing to keep it away from infection(for it is an opening to other  productive organs).

How to keep the Vagina healthy
Note: there is no such word as pure water but there is a word as clean water.
 1. To wash the Vagina, avoid soapy water.
2. Use a clean water, preferably a warm water to wash Vagina after urinating or when bathing or as based on choice.
3. Use the ring finger to wash vagina gently and thoroughly.
4. Always shave to avoid a hair crowded Vagina.
5. Use a clean and a good towel to wipe the Vagina.
6. Rub anti inflammatory creams or anti bacteria creams to avoid rashes, boils, keloid, etc(optional).
7. Many prefer using wipers/tissues but it is very important to wash with water as this is natural and advisable.

NOTE: A HEALTHY VAGINA BOAST A HEALTHY SEX LIFE AMONG PARTNERS WITH SAME INTEREST.
